Guest Speaker: Robert Jahrling.
After an outstanding rowing career, Robert Jahrling established himself in a successful career as an investment banker. He will speak at the dinner on the subject of “Preparing for Life after Rowing”, a matter that he is very passionate about. Robert is a triple Olympian who competed for Australia most of the years from 1993 to 2004. He joined SRC after rowing in Newington’s winning crew in the 1992 GPS Head of the River. He competed in the 1996, 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games, reaching the A final on each occasion. At the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000 Robert was a member of the Australian eight gaining the silver medal in a thrilling finish.

Dress: Black Tie, Club or Representative Blazer, or Lounge Suit.
